Building an AI-native property management system. Starting with documentation and processes in the short-term rental industry to automatically resolve issues using AI. We've lived the problem ourselves managing one of Norway's largest rental portfolios.

Short term rental manager in Norway. Handled 60 units in Bergen 2025, expanding to Odda and the rest of Norway in 2026. Ended 2026 with 160 units managed across Norway. 110 in Bergen, 25 in Oslo and then Odda, Voss, Kvamskogen. Built internal tools for operations, logistics and customer service, and integrated AI to automate routine tasks.

Built the digital sales platform for digicar.no — one of Norway's leading companies in commission sales of used cars.

Part of an ambition to build small market leaders in niche verticals using technology and AI. DigiSale was parked before it took off, but the vision — and lessons — live on.

Property management through technology. Focused on short-term and long-term rentals with automated operations, full reporting and a tenant portal for property owners. Team split up into https://proptonomy.ai and DigiHome after 6 months, where the latter focus on Norwegian long-term rentals and Proptonomy on international short term rentals and AI-native tools for property managers around the world.

Drove long-term product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Technical guidance and mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing product lifecycle from development to production.

Backend in C#/.NET, frontend in TypeScript/Vue. Azure deployments via GitHub pipelines, Docker and Terraform. IoT software deployed to vessels worldwide via Azure IoT Hub. Responsible for hiring and mentoring junior developers.

Life-saving technologies for the maritime sector. Architecture, backend and frontend development, Azure cloud services, IoT Hub, Linux server management.

Student organisation for Linux, server management and open source. Introduced Docker, maintained backup systems, hosted services for student organisations in Bergen. Also served as Vice Chair and Finance Officer.

Built an MVP food product scanner helping allergy sufferers quickly check if products are safe to eat.

Weekly group sessions for INF100 (Introduction to Programming) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Helped students with Python and practical programming problems.

Started a business connecting local food producers to consumers. Weekly deliveries, attended Angel Challenge Bergen. Great lessons in sales and entrepreneurship.

Conscript service at the fire station at Haakonsvern naval base. Daily training and maintenance of fire truck and equipment, first aid and operation of fire alarm systems.

Full renovation of apartments, from demolition to plastering.

Reverse-engineered the Bergen BySykkel app API to unlock city bikes using a Siri Shortcut. No app needed.

Generate a beautiful custom trail map for any location in the world using OpenStreetMap data and Mapbox Studio.
